The Esplanade Riel is one of my favouritre spots in Winnipeg. As I was walking with my boyfriend down the bridge, heading back to the Canada Day festivities at the Forks. I stopped to snap this picture because I admired the constrsst coming from the clouds behind the human rights museum.
